Jacob Holland, Principal and co-owner of SUMMIT, brings over two decades of expertise in commercial construction, waterproofing, structural and historical restoration. With a family background in the sealant trade, Jacob established himself as a leading project manager, overseeing high-profile restoration projects across multiple states. His deep knowledge of the restoration and repair industry, particularly in high-rise restoration and structural repair, has been instrumental in SUMMIT’s growth.

Jacob’s experience spans soil stabilization, concrete repair and replacement, façade restoration, waterproofing, coating installations, and architectural finishes. Known for completing complex projects on time and within budget, his portfolio includes work across various sectors such as medical, industrial, military, government facilities, education, multi-family residential, and stadiums. He holds a degree in Project Management from Colorado State University.
