Jae is a passionate entrepreneur and real estate professional with over 17 years of experience in the industry. Jae co-founded Dublin Development which focuses on developing the best residential mixed-use, multi-family and single-family spaces in Colorado. In addition to his pursuits at Dublin, Jae was also one of the founders of Providence Medical Holdings, which focused on medical, commercial, and senior-living development. Jae’s role at Dublin is to lead the strategic charge and vision of the company growth and direction. His day-to-day role in the company is focused on the acquisition and disposition efforts, finding and assessing new opportunities, financing, raising growth capital, architectural design review & oversight, city planning, and entitlements, as well as client interaction. Jae also has a passion for serving philanthropic causes, specifically around struggling single mothers and underserved youth. He serves on the advisory boards of the Porter-Billups Leadership Academy at Regis University, which provides academic and leadership training to at-risk youth in the Denver area; and Momentum Global, which provides food, water, education, and hope to the impoverished in India and Africa. Jae graduated from Metropolitan State University with a B.S. degree in Finance and currently lives in the Denver area with his wife and three children.
