Current responsibilities
Jason Schmidt is Executive Vice President of the JLL Capital Markets Group in Denver, Colorado. Jason is responsible for the disposition of Office, Retail and Industrial buildings along the Colorado Front Range.

Experience
Jason began his real estate career in 1995 as Vice President of Development / Leasing for Signature Equities, Inc., a full service office / retail development, leasing and property management company with a portfolio of 350,000 square feet. In 2003 Jason became Director of Development for Pace Properties focusing on development and leasing. During this time at Pace Properties, he developed and leased over 500,000 square feet of commercial assets. Jason was Vice President of Investment Sales at Cassidy Turley Fuller Real Estate where he focused on office, retail and land investment brokerage. Most recently, Jason joined JLL as Executive Vice President of the Capital Markets Group.

Education
A 1993 graduate of Drake University, Jason holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, a master’s degree in Business Administration (1994) as well as a master’s in Real Estate & Construction Management (2002) from the University of Denver.
