Professional Experience

Jeff Halsey sources market-leading capital for institutional and private commercial real estate owners, nationwide. Partnering with Brady O’Donnell, Vice Chairman with CBRE Debt & Structured Finance Services in Colorado, he builds advantage for clients through an extensive network of lenders including Life Insurance companies, Debt Funds, Banks, and CMBS (conduit) lenders as well as Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae.

Since joining CBRE in 2013, Jeff has been directly involved in originating, underwriting, structuring and closing transactions totaling more than $4 billion in loan volume and 13 million square feet.

Prior to joining CBRE, Jeff was an investment sale broker with Cassidy Turley (now Cushman & Wakefield) for seven years and as an account executive at the CoStar Group for two years.
