Jennifer joined Grosvenor in 2021 and is responsible for the growth and oversight of Structured Development Finance activity across Northern California and Colorado.

Jennifer has over 20 years of experience in the acquisition, finance, and portfolio management of residential and mixed-use real estate transactions. Previously, she gained national experience working in the Capital Markets & Finance division for Carmel Partners, an established real estate investment management firm.

She serves several local non-profits including the San Francisco Housing Development Corporation (SFHDC), where she is a Board Director, Real Estate Committee Member, and past Co-Chair of its Fund Development Committee. She is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), serving colleagues on the SF Programs (Vice Chair), UrbanPlan, and its Equity, Diversity & Inclusion committees.

Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Whittier College in Southern California.
