As a JLL Managing Director and Regional Manager, Jill oversees the operations and management of approximately 13 million square feet of mixed-use office, retail and industrial properties in the Denver CBD and Tech Center markets. Her overall responsibilities include maximizing the performance of the assets, delivering a high level of client service and
managing a team of 100 employees. In addition to Jill’s management position, she has played a significant role in JLL’s national operations group. She led the Excellence Committee which is a strategic team focusing on innovation and the implementation of new products.

Experience
Jill has over 20 years in the commercial real estate industry, with experience in office, retail, industrial, residential and mixed-use assets. She has been with JLL for ten years. Prior to her current role, Jill was an Asset Services Director for CBRE for four years and a Managing Director for Equity Office Properties for five years.

Jill’s expertise and relationship-based approach to management has resulted in exceptional customer satisfaction with positive impacts on the overall success of her portfolio. She has a strong commitment to the development of a value-add platform for each client and their properties.

Education and Affiliations
Jill attended the University of Florida. She is a licensed Colorado Real Estate Broker and has a LEED GA accreditation. Jill is affiliated with BOMA and has served on the Board of Directors for several terms. She is also affiliated with the NAIOP chapter of Denver.
