Mr. Alexander is Equity Residential’s Senior Vice President – Investments for the Northwest Region of the United States. In this role, Mr. Alexander is responsible for property acquisitions and joint venture development in Denver, the San Francisco Bay Area and Seattle markets. Mr. Alexander joined Equity Residential in 1996, and prior to his current position was responsible for all asset and portfolio management in addition to acquisitions in the NW Region.   He has also held the roles of First Vice President and Vice President with responsibility for acquisitions throughout the entire Western half of the country. Prior to joining Equity he was with Capital Associates and VMS Realty Partners.

Mr. Alexander is a graduate of Indiana University- Bloomington, IN and received an MBA from Michigan State University.
