Joe Hanlin is an expert in healthcare construction and has led several premier healthcare projects in his time with Haselden Construction including Longs Peak Hospital, UCHealth Tower 2 at Anschutz Medical Center, UCHealth Steadman Sports Medicine Clinic, and most recently, UCHealth Tower 3 at Anschutz Medical Center. His knowledge and capabilities within the healthcare sector are unmatched and make him an asset to any project.
As a Project Executive, Joe provides oversight and leadership for all his projects, directing and coordinating the work of Haselden’s team and subcontractors. He provides seamless transitions between the preconstruction and construction phases of the project ensuring that each of the project goals and objectives are identified for all team members, owner, architect, and consultants and that the project has all the necessary resources and support required for all team members to be successful.
He maintains accountability of his team and orchestrates their actions to ultimately benefit the project. He has earned an outstanding reputation for dependability, quality, and on-time performance. Joe’s outstanding background of experience combined with his project organization and leadership skills ensures a seamless execution for each project he is a part of.
Beyond his work with Haselden, Joe currently serves as an Adjunct Professor for the Daniels College of Business at Denver University and continues to mentor up-and-coming construction management professionals both in class and on the job.
