Jon D. Hendrickson is a Managing Director with Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets group.  He joined the firm in 2014 and has been an investment real estate broker since 2004.  Over this period of time, Jon has brokered over one billion dollars’ worth of shopping centers and office buildings.  Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, he spent 10 years with Marcus & Millichap where he was rookie of the year, the top shopping center broker from 2011-2014, closed on the largest mixed-use transaction in firm history, led the Mountain States Institutional Property Advisor platform, and received four national annual performance awards.  Jon is on the advisory board of the Cushman & Wakefield Private Capital Group and was a board member of the Denver Metro Commercial Association of Brokers (DMCAB) from 2012 through 2018.
