Judy has served as General Manager since 2006 at 1670 Broadway, a 36 story, 704K RSF, LEED Gold and award-winning high rise office tower in Denver’s Central Business District.  She possesses over thirty years of experience in managing commercial real estate both in suburban and downtown office markets with responsibilities that include leasing, operations, capital project and general construction management.

She has a BA in Management, is a graduate of the Denver Paralegal Institute, holds an RPA designation, an RPA-HP candidate and was recently recognized as BOMA Fellow by BOMA International.   She is also a licensed Colorado Broker.

Judy served as President of Denver Metro BOMA in 2005, was a State of Colorado Volunteer Lobbyist on behalf of the CRE industry and is a Denver BOMA Director.
