Julian Jacquin is the Director of Economic Development and TOEURA for the Town of Erie, Colorado. Julian started with the Town in September 2021, with 17 years of experience in economic development, previously with the City of Wildwood and Economic Development Resources in St. Louis MO. Julian also serves in key volunteer leadership roles with ICSC, NAIOP and the Economic Development Council of Colorado. Julian’s focus areas include public-private partnerships, urban renewal, business retention and expansion, retail attraction and small business development. Julian earned his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia, and formerly attended the University of Colorado-Boulder.
