Keiffer​ Garton

Keiffer Garton is a Leasing Associate for Prologis in the Denver market, focused primarily in the Northeast submarket and along the I-70 corridor. He is responsible for completing all aspects of leasing for approximately 4.5 million square feet of space. He previously worked in a similar role in the Seattle market, overseeing 6 million square feet primarily in South Seattle and the Kent Valley. Prior to joining Prologis full-time, Keiffer was an MBA Intern at Prologis’ corporate headquarters with a focus on value-add projects.

Keiffer is a member of NAIOP. Keiffer received an MBA from Vanderbilt University focused in Real Estate and Finance and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy, Politics & Economics from the University of Pennsylvania, where he was also captain and quarterback of the football team.
