Keith Simon is the Executive Vice President of Coventry Development Corporation and Community Development Director for the 3,500 acre RidgeGate community in Lone Tree, Colorado and the 2,000 acre CityPlace community in Spring, Texas.

Keith has served on the boards of numerous metropolitan and improvement districts, residential associations, economic development agencies and transit management associations in Texas and Colorado.

Keith is an Honors graduate of Michigan State University and the LEADERSHIP programs in San Diego, California and Albuquerque, New Mexico.
