Professional Experience
Kellie is a Real Estate Manager at CBRE, where she is part of team responsible for a mixed portfolio of properties, comprised of retail, office including medical and flex space. Her responsibilities include annual budget preparation, expense reconciliation preparation, tenant relations, property inspections, and oversight of tenant improvements and build-outs. Kellie is especially effective at achieving excellent tenant satisfaction by constructing creative solutions to issues that arise in daily operations.
Kellie is focused on establishing and implementing a strategic, portfolio-wide objective of maximizing value. This is achieved through reducing operating expenses and increasing overall tenant satisfaction, and working as integral part of the leasing team, ultimately resulting in increased retention in the properties she manages.
Kellie is a native of Nebraska and joined CBRE in 2006. Previously, Kellie worked as a leasing consultant in the multi-family housing market with the Finger Companies and the Carmel Company before joining CBRE as a Real Estate Services Administrator. She was worked hard, increasing her experience and has been promoted several times resulting in her current assignment.
