Ken Good, Jr. is a Denver based entrepreneur / investor with broad-based real estate and other holdings. Mr. Good holds a B.A. in Economics from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas and an M.B.A. from the Darden Graduate School of Business at the University of Virginia.

Started more than 30 years ago, Good Signature has now refurbished 32 properties in Dallas and 11 properties in Denver totaling well over a two million square feet. Our motto: “Reuse. Rebuild. Restore.” reflects our intentions for the properties we take over. We believe in providing cool, custom, updated spaces, at the most competitive price in the market. Good Signature’s operations include all facets of property redevelopment, including: acquisition, design, financing, construction, leasing, and property management.
