Initial role in the industry was sales and marketing. After learning operational and financial aspects she was promoted to General Manager in 2007.

March 2014 facilitated the process for Snow Management Services to become ISO SN9001:2016 certified in snow and ice management services which signifies a commitment to industry leading quality and best practices.
