Kimberly Timmons-Beutner NCIDQ, IIDA, ASID has built a distinguished practice whose designs have garnered more than 100 awards over their 20 years of business. Kimberly and the esteemed hospitality team at KTI are responsible for designing some of Denver’s most awarded and acclaimed restaurant interiors.

Kimberly’s passion for design is contagious, spreading throughout the firm as teams transform each owner’s vision into a uniquely designed experience. Her leadership, honesty, and commitment to artistic excellence has resulted in long-lasting collaborations with the nation’s premier builders, developers, restaurateurs and architects. Kimberly graduated with honors from the Art Institute of Colorado, where she was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2008, and awarded a Doctorate of Humane Letters in 2010. She is an active board member of the HBA of Metro Denver’s Sales & Marketing Council; a member of NEWH and the National Association of Women in Construction; and a devoted supporter of the arts and local design schools.
