Lee Busse is the Mountain States Regional Development Partner for Fairfield Residential, a leading national multifamily real estate company. Mr. Busse is responsible for new development activities in the Colorado, Arizona and Utah markets. He is responsible for land acquisition, site planning, entitlements, development management and works in tandem with Fairfield’s capital markets group to raise debt and equity capital. Over the course of his career, Mr. Busse has managed the development and construction of over 4,500 apartment homes in the Colorado market. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from the University of Dayton and a Master of Business Administration in real estate and finance from the University of California, Irvine. Mr. Busse is licensed Colorado Real Estate Broker and a member of the Urban Land Institute.
