Her expertise and focus is primarily commercial office property management throughout Denver and the suburban markets. Prior to co-founding ColeTaylor, Liz ran the property management operations for Hines overseeing the Denver and Phoenix markets, totaling 8MM sf of management. Liz’s strengths are her ability to lead and manage a team of people implementing a vision in which they are empowered to drive for success. She works closely with clients to establish strategic objectives for their asset, while leveraging her deep-rooted relationships in Denver with the brokerage and tenant community.
