Lucy Dinneen is a Managing Partner at Cadence Capital Investments with responsibility for our development and acquisition programs in the Rocky Mountain states and in the Northwest. She is also part of the leadership team active in California where Cadence has owned or developed more than $500 million of properties in this vibrant market.  Lucy has been with Cadence since it was founded by Bill Rothacker in 2001.  During her tenure at Cadence, she has worked on every aspect of the acquisition and development process. Prior to Cadence’s beginning, Lucy was a principal at Trammell Crow Company in Denver and was deeply involved in the strategic effort to build a national retail platform that provided Retail Tenant Services and Development Services across the country. Prior to that Lucy started her real estate career in New York City where she was a Vice President at Eastdil Secured , a real estate investment bank specializing in structured finance.

Lucy is a Colorado native but went to school at Harvard College and also received her MBA from Harvard Business School. Active in the community, she is a past Rockefeller Fellow and has served as a member of that board as well as for Girls Inc here in Denver.
