Ms. Archuleta joined Colorado Housing Finance Authority (CHFA) in September 2022, where she serves as a Commercial Loan Officer leading the Middle-Income Access Program (MIAP). She brings over 20 years of experience in commercial lending and prior to joining CHFA, she spent eight years as a financial and business consulting entrepreneur, and as a residential Realtor®. In her role,
Ms. Archuleta markets CHFA’s rental housing loan programs on a statewide basis to developers of affordable housing. She also evaluates potential multifamily projects’ feasibility for CHFA construction and permanent financing and secures loan applications for CHFA financing and initiating the project/program deal flow.

A Colorado Native born and raised in the Denver area, Ms. Archuleta has developed diverse skills and experiences over the last 30 years spent in residential and commercial real estate, residential and commercial lending, and banking operations. Over the span of her career, she has successfully built a network of individuals and corporate relationships, cultivating strong relationships with various community organizations. Additionally, Ms. Archuleta has had the pleasure of serving on Boards of Directors of several nonprofit organizations.
