Marc Perusse is currently the President & CEO of E2M Ventures, an opportunistic debt/equity investor, and My Block Investments, a values-based investor looking to enhance neighborhoods and communities in which it invests. He was previously the Chief Investment Officer for Revesco Properties where he led the acquisition/development of Elitch Gardens Theme and Water Park, Meow Wolf and over $450 Million of acquisition/developments. Mr. Perusse has been involved in over $750 Million worth of commercial real estate transactions as a broker, investor, and consultant. From 2012 to 2014, he was a principal of Cress Capital, a real estate investment firm that he co-founded. From 2011 to 2012, he served as a Vice President with Andrews Securities, a managing broker-dealer firm, where he advised real estate firms on capital formation. Prior to these activities, from 2008 to 2011, he held an investment and due diligence role with CapWest Securities, a former independent broker-dealer focused on the syndication of commercial real estate transactions to high-net-worth investors. Mr. Perusse received a Bachelor of Science from the University of Denver cum laude with a major in Real Estate and Construction Management.
