As Senior Preconstruction Manager for Swinerton’s Colorado Division, Mark is responsible for understanding clients’ project intentions and systems during all phases of design and then applying costs to these elements, either detailed or not, to develop achievable strategies for project success. Mark is knowledgeable about the opportunities and challenges with building costs and systems selections for a variety of structure and use types.

As a national general contractor, the commercial market is a core focus for Swinerton. Locally, Swinerton is supporting several local and national developers with their projects located in RiNo, downtown Denver, and Cherry Creek, among others.
