A fourth-generation farmer of German-Russian descent in the Windsor area, Martin Lind became a land developer in 1985 after working in the agricultural, oil and gas businesses. Martin is the CEO of The Water Valley Company, a multifaceted Windsor-based organization that owns and develops residential, commercial, and retail real estate in Northern Colorado, while also operating three restaurants, two golf courses and other entertainment ventures. Martin is also the owner of the American Hockey League-affiliated Colorado Eagles, a team that has captured four league championships since its inception in 2003. Martin and wife of over 35 years, Viki, are involved in numerous philanthropic efforts all around the state and make their home in Windsor where they’ve raised four children and 13 grandchildren.
