Megan Kranichfeld joined TCC in the Fall of 2023 to lead the industrial development efforts in the Rocky Mountain Region. Bringing extensive development experience to the team, Megan started her career as a Development Associate, where she supported a broad range of projects including office, industrial, senior housing and retail. She quickly focused her efforts on the Colorado industrial market, where she helped grow a significant speculative development pipeline by sourcing opportunities, deal underwriting, successfully navigating challenging entitlements, facilitating capital and lender relationships, overseeing lease-up and managing asset dispositions.

Prior to joining TCC, Megan was Vice President of Industrial Development at Prime West. She has extensive acquisition and development experience including direct involvement in over 1 million square feet of speculative industrial product while at United Properties, where she started her commercial development career.
