Megan Walsh brings negotiation, decision making, organizational, planning and problem solving skills to Catalyst Planning Group that enables her to  successfully manage both build to suit and tenant improvement HQ projects from inception through completion. She is a member of the internal Project Management Division at Catalyst Planning Group, which drives a full-service offering to clients. This team focuses on the project management of
construction/renovation projects and relocation coordination, as well as advance planning and organization services such as Master Planning and Owner’s Representative Oversight. Megan also spearheads Catalyst’s Sustainability/ LEED Consulting practice – as well as our Green Flash program supporting green initiatives.

Megan brings a diversified international background encompassing the disciplines of Owner’s Representation, Corporate Real Estate, Facilities Management, Project Management, Move Management, Master Planning, Development, Construction, Design and Financial Forecasting to her role at Catalyst Planning Group. As a former Principal at Liberty Greenfield, the former Senior Director/Director of Real Estate for Qwest Cyber Solutions and TeleTech and the former Interior Architect for The Metropolitan Museum of Art, Megan’s prior life in corporate real estate allows her to successfully navigate solutions for her clients.

Megan has earned her Bachelor’s of Science Degree, Cum Laude, in Interior Design from Colorado State University in Ft. Collins, CO and her Master’s of Science Degree, Magna Cum Laude, in Facilities Management from Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, NY. Her graduate dissertation, Implications of Expansion: Strategic Master Plans and their Impact on the Facilities Infrastructure, has been the focus of numerous master plan studies and lectures. Megan
was the recipient of the 40 Under 40 Award from the Denver Business Journal, received the Women of Influence Award from CREW, presented at the National IFMA Conference and has earned her LEED® AP BD+C accreditation for sustainable building knowledge. In addition, Megan is a volunteer builder for Habitat For Humanity and sits on the Women Build Committee – and also gives her time to The Bridge Project at the University of Denver as well as The Gathering Place.

Megan’s clients have included headquarters projects for Western Union, TriZetto, Johns Manville, United Launch Alliance, Avaya, Rocky Mountain Institute, Sun Microsystems, ConocoPhillips, Fannie Mae, TeleTech, MolsonCoors, Abbott Laboratories, Fisher Scientific, Yahoo!, The Denver Newspaper Agency, Qwest and Chipotle to name a few.
