Michael DePalma is a Vice President and commercial real estate broker at SullivanHayes Brokerage. Michael’s specialties are retail real estate brokerage including leasing and sales of land and shopping centers along with site selection services. He has been very successful at designing and implementing leasing plans specifically tailored to each client. Michael and Sean Kulzer have operated as partners since 2008, later adding David Dobek and Carrie Hilton to the team. This dynamic team approach is a true asset to clients, offering their collective knowledge and experience to any client request. During his 15 years in commercial real estate, 12 at SullivanHayes, Michael has leased over 1.5 million SF, sold over $56 million in land and property, all totaling over 400 transactions and $250 million in transaction value. He puts in constant effort to attract new retail concepts and introduce them to his existing base of clients, which has been instrumental to his growth. Michael has the willingness to work hard, work intelligently, and focus attention to exact market conditions. When not focusing on work, Michael also is an active outdoorsman who loves snowmobiling, motorcycling, camping, and hunting.
