Michael V. Kapoor joined Majestic Realty Co. in 2018 and currently serves as Vice President and Legal Counsel in Majestic’s Colorado office. He oversees all development, leasing and asset management at the 1,500-acre Majestic Commercenter in Aurora, CO.

Prior to joining Majestic, Michael worked as an attorney at the Denver-based firm of Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck, LLP, representing prominent owners, developers, lenders, landlords and tenants during his tenure.

A member of the State Bar of Colorado, he holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Toledo and earned his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Toledo College of Law, Toledo, Ohio.
