Michael Reilly enjoys sharing his passion for architecture with Denver-area high school students through the ACE Mentor program, which helps the next generation of architects, engineers and builders learn more about a wide variety of career opportunities available to them. He has volunteered for several years and served as lead mentor at UC Denver in 2018.
His leadership abilities also have been acknowledged by AIA Colorado, which invited him to participate in the Christopher Kelley Leadership Development Program. The CKLDP is a competitive program aimed at training Denver’s next generation of leaders. Sixteen professionals are selected each year to participate in a nine-month training program focused on entrepreneurship and firm management; teamwork and collaboration; negotiation skills; client development; community leadership and understanding industry trends.
Michael has well-rounded experience across all project milestones: concept design, schematic design, design development, contract documents and contract administration. His specific strengths lie in communication, document coordination and BIM technology.
