Michael Salzman is a Senior Vice President at Northmarq’s Denver office, where he specializes in debt and equity placement for commercial real estate, offering financing from a diverse group of capital sources including life insurance companies, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Wall Street conduits, HUD, debt funds, banks, credit unions, and other prominent sources.

Salzman has extensive capital markets experience and has arranged over $1 Billion of capital placement for a wide variety of property types across the country, including ground-up multifamily construction.

Michael received his B.A. In Business Administration from the University of Colorado’s Leeds School of Business.
