As Director of Administration at Otten Johnson Robinson Neff + Ragonetti PC, Michelle Maynard, CLM, MBA, directs the operational and administrative functions of the firm. This encompasses business and strategic planning, marketing, human resources, information systems and technology, financial planning, facilities, records, and library management. In her facilities and strategic planning roles, Michelle managed the total renovation of the firm’s offices in 2015. She led the strategic process of design and vendor selection, through logistical and budget management, all the way to move in. Michelle has been in law firm administration for over 25 years.
