Current Responsibilities
Mike Huth is a Managing Director with JLL’s Hospitality Finance Group. Since joining the firm in 2006, Mr. Huth has advised on the structuring and placement of over $14.0 billion of debt and equity and the asset management of a portfolio of commercial real estate loans with a par value in excess of $1.5 billion.

Experience
Mr. Huth is responsible for assisting clients in all capital raising and restructuring capacities including construction and development financing, acquisition financing, debt/equity recapitalizations, note sales and programmatic and asset specific joint ventures. Notable transactions include the financing of the Carmel Valley Ranch, Gaylord Chula Vista, Turtle Bay Resort, Fairmont Grand Del Mar, St. Regis Aspen, and Dream Hollywood. Representative clients include Geolo Capital, Loews Hotels & Resorts, KHP Capital Partners, Starwood Capital Group and Apollo Global Management, among others.

Positions
Prior to joining JLL, Mr. Huth worked at The Weitzman Group, a Manhattan-based commercial real estate consulting firm. In his role as Assistant Vice President, Mr. Huth was involved in numerous consulting engagements, including appraisals, marketability studies, and financial feasibility studies.

Education and Affiliations
Mr. Huth received his B.S. from Cornell University, where he concentrated in Real Estate Finance. Mr. Huth is a member of the Cornell Hotel Society
