His experience includes representing and advising national clients to secure development entitlements and permitting throughout the U.S.

Nate is a LEED-accredited professional and licensed real estate broker in Colorado. He holds a master’s degree in urban and regional planning from the University of Colorado, a certificate in architecture from Harvard University Graduate School of Design, and a bachelor’s degree in biology and political science from the University of New Mexico.
