Naum has specialized in the healthcare real estate industry since 2007. He has represented nearly all facets of healthcare real estate which include representing publicly traded medical office REIT’s, developers, and healthcare professionals with their real estate needs.

His passion lies in the representation of healthcare professionals. Structuring and negotiating complex transactions for physicians requires a particulars skill set. Naum’s experience on both sides of the negotiations provides physicians with the insight and direction to get the best economic terms possible. Naum has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Real Estate Finance from the University of Denver – Daniels College of Business.
