Nick Job is a Senior Vice President for FirstBank and has been with the company since 2012. He currently works in the Cherry Creek Market and has previously worked in the company’s Downtown Denver and Summit County Markets. Nick has a wide range of lending experience in both real estate and business lending platforms, but currently focuses primarily on commercial real estate lending. He has extensive experience originating and managing large and complex construction loans. Nick manages several client relationships who are consistently ranked among the largest depositors and borrowers in the entire company. He is also responsible for and has significant experience bringing new relationships into the bank.

Nick will typically originate over $100mm annually consisting mostly of commercial real estate loans. He is responsible for delegating and/or collaborating on another $30mm-$40mm annually.

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
Nick has held several board positions throughout his career including the Advisory Board for the YMCA Downtown Denver Branch and the Board of Directors for Breckenridge Outdoor Education Center. He currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Public Education and Business Coalition and also serves on the Finance Committee for the Cherry Creek Business Improvement District. He has also been involved in several capacities with the Downtown Denver Partnership and NAIOP and currently works closely with the Colorado Real Estate Journal.

EDUCATION
Nick received his degree in Business with an emphasis on Finance in 2012 from the University of Colorado at Boulder. Recently, he received his Graduate Banking degree from the Pacific Coast Banking School (University of Washington) in Seattle, WA.
