Parke Pettegrew serves as Regional Manager for Cushman & Wakefield.

Mr. Pettegrew leads the operations for 2 owners and 6 properties in the Denver/Boulder metro area.

Parke began his 24-year property management career with Archstone-Smith for 8 years and later Carmel Partners for 5 years serving as Vice President of Training and Development. Additionally, Mr. Pettegrew has operated in senior level Training, Human Resources, Operations and Risk Management roles for large companies such as Holland Partners, Cardinal Management Group, Pinnacle, Highmark Residential and Asset Living.

Parke is the current President for the Apartment Association of Denver.
