Paul created Triumph Real Estate Corporation in 1998 for the purpose of seeking and pursuing innovative new approaches to commercial property investment, development, operations and corporate services. Based in Denver, Colorado, Triumph is active in multiple markets throughout the United States.
Paul is responsible for leading the firm’s investment and development business, finding opportunities and visualizing operational plans capable of creating maximum value in real estate assets. He is also primarily responsible for sourcing, building and maintaining relationships with Triumph’s financial partners and clients, and supervising acquisition, disposition, Asset Management and Property Operations activities.
Paul earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Economy from Michigan State University’s James Madison College in 1989. He is involved with several trade and business organizations including the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), was involved with the Entrepreneurs Organization (EO) for several years, and is a published author in local and national media.
Paul and his wife Barb have raised two daughters and currently reside in Parker CO. He is passionate about service to others and is an Ordained Deacon in the Catholic Diocese of Colorado Springs, currently assigned to Ave Maria Parish in Parker. He also has extensive experience in charitable activities and has recently formed a new non-profit service organization called the Charitable Facilities Foundation.
