Peter joined Stream Realty Partners in 2017 as Managing Director for the Industrial Division of the Rocky Mountain Region. Over the last 15 years, Peter has developed an expertise in leasing and sales of industrial assets, along with disposition of industrial land parcels. Peter has worked with a number of national firms, exposing him to a variety of deals across the country.
Prior to working at Stream, Peter was a top industrial expert at JLL. Peter grew up in St. Louis, but has been in Denver for over 20 years. He is married to his wife Ruthie and has four children: Campbell, Penelope, Juniper, and Arthur. Peter enjoys spending his time with his family, skiing, snowboarding and fly fishing.
