Reid Phillips, National Infill and Development Group of Marcus & Millichap, grew up primarily in Colorado. He made his entrance into the real estate industry in 2008 buying distressed properties and notes in the Denver area. Through the years he grew the real estate business to include infill development, custom spec building, and land development.

Reid uses his experience as a principal to represent Sellers in the sale of their legacy properties and in sourcing land for developers. His passion is in sustainable development and utilizing technology and best practices to limit the impact of development on a community. In his free time, Reid enjoys soccer, cooking, camping, and his dog.
