Richard Morgan is Senior Vice President/Head of Lending Denver for Kirkpatrick Bank in Denver, CO responsible for growing the Bank’s real estate investor and developer clientele and expanding its loan portfolio to include assets secured by commercial real estate properties. For over two decades, Richard has been a commercial real estate banker in the Metro Denver business community, and he is credited with closing over $1.5 Billion in commercial real estate project financings, to include construction and term financings. Richard is an active member and inaugural Chair of University of Colorado Real Estate Center’s International Advisory Board; an active member of the NAIOP-Colorado Chapter, and two-time Chair of the award-winning NAIOP Real Estate Challenge Competition. Richard was graduated from the University of California, San Diego, with a bachelor’s degree in economics, and later, an MBA in finance from the University of Colorado, Boulder. Richard and his family live in the Boulder, CO area.
