Rick Turner started his career in 2000, working with a family boutique commercial brokerage in Northern California.  Within a few years, he became a Senior Associate for Terranomics, the premier full service retail brokerage house based out of San Francisco.  In 2008, Rick was recruited by Kimco Realty, North America’s largest publicly traded owner and operator of open-air shopping centers, as a Director of Real Estate.  Over his tenure with Kimco, Rick has managed nearly 8 million square feet including two portfolios in Northern California, Washington State and in 2013, he assumed the Colorado portfolio opening the first full-time leasing office in this market.  Rick manages the day-to-day leasing of the portfolio but is also managing the redevelopment and repositioning of over 162,000 square feet within the 1.5 million square foot portfolio.  Outside of the office, he is a proud parent of four amazing and rambunctious kids, and loves maintaining an active lifestyle, taking advantage of living in beautiful Colorado.
