A Colorado native, Ryan Mark is a Director at the firm’s Denver office, where he has worked since joining HVS in 2014. Ryan has extensive experience in lodging markets throughout Colorado, Wyoming, Utah, and New Mexico, with particular expertise in the greater Denver metropolitan area, the Front Range (Colorado Springs to Fort Collins), and the Colorado mountain markets.

Ryan has consulted and appraised on hundreds of engagements that span a wide array of existing and proposed assets, from owner-operated, limited-service properties to expansive, full-service hotels. Additionally, Ryan has evaluated large resort properties that feature golf, full-service spa, waterpark, and/or ski components. He has consulted on the following notable assets throughout the region:

Ryan graduated with a BS in Restaurant and Resort Management from Colorado State University and gained front-line hotel experience at the Hyatt Regency Denver. He is a state-certified general appraiser.
