As Vice President of Development, Ryan Zent is responsible for sourcing and overseeing the development of affordable and workforce housing developments. Ryan joined Overland Property Group in 2021 with nearly 15 years of experience in the financing and development of residential communities across the United States.

Most recently, Ryan was with The Michaels Organization where he was responsible for the creation and build out of the Western Region for the company specifically focused on geographic expansion into Colorado and Texas. During his time at Michaels he was directly responsible for the development or rehabilitation of over $200 million of affordable housing projects utilizing both 4% and 9% low income housing tax credits. Ryan holds a Bachelors Degree in Finance from the University of Colorado.

Ryan lives in Aurora, Colorado with his wife, Tracy and their three children, Max, Leo and Lucy. Outside of work, Ryan enjoys spending time with his family and is an avid skier.
