He is widely regarded as one of Denver’s leading tenant representation specialists and law firm experts and is noted for strong client performance and multiple repeat business relationships. He is also a recognized expert on downtown Denver.
Sam joined Newmark from CBRE, where he was an executive vice president and highly acclaimed service provider within the Denver office. During his 13 years at the company, Sam was instrumental in growing the office to over 50 brokerage professionals prior to its merger with Trammell Crow Company.
Previously, he was a highly awarded tenant representation advisor at The Staubach Company, a pioneer in the business of exclusive occupier services.
A talented tenant advocate, Sam is skilled at securing superior transaction terms for his clients and advising them on their real estate strategies. He is a respected partner to his clients and an esteemed mentor and leader at Newmark. A former JAG lawyer and lieutenant commander in the United States Naval Reserve, he lives in Littleton, Colorado, with his wife, Michelle, and their five children.
