Samantha (Sam) Bradley has been an affordable housing professional for seven years specializing in pre-development finance and planning. She is currently working as the City of Arvada’s Affordable Housing Development Specialist where she is developing and implementing initiatives to support current affordable housing projects around the City, as well as identifying and codifying key strategic goals and policies for the City long-term. Prior to her position in Arvada, she spent 6 years as a Consultant for Public Housing Authorities with self-development arms up and down the East Coast. As such, she played a crucial role in the master planning, development, rehabilitation, and restructuring of a wide array of affordable housing projects, utilizing a multitude of Federal, State, Local government, nonprofit, and self-funded programs and sources. Ms. Bradley holds a Master’s Degree in Urban Planning and Policy from Tufts University and an MBA from Boston College.
