Scott Rathbun is a Practicing Affiliate of the Appraisal Institute and is currently working toward state certification as an appraiser. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and an MBA from the University of Denver. Prior to joining AA&C in 2014, Scott spent nearly ten years in the area of forensic accounting, where he specialized in litigation support and business valuation.
