As VP, Investment Officer within the West Region Sean Flanagan will be responsible for all capital deployment activities including acquisitions, redevelopment, and development of industrial product, for the Denver and Reno markets. Specifically, playing a key role in driving investment strategy, activity, and growth in both marketplaces.
With over a decade of experience within commercial real estate, most of which being speculative development in nature, Sean has held multiple roles within the full deal life cycle. Starting in property accounting and banking, through senior analyst/associate responsibilities, and on to full deal structuring at the executive level directly reporting to ownership/shareholders. Prior to joining Prologis Sean participated in approximately 8.4 million square feet of development or acquisition transactions, totaling $700 million in cumulative costs, across 9 different states. While additionally leading the initial pursuit efforts into multiple additional mountain state markets.
Sean holds multiple Bachelor of Science degrees in Accounting and Business Management from Metropolitan State University of Denver, and a Master of Science with a specific focus in Real Estate Development and Finance from the University of DePaul in Chicago. He is also an actively licensed Certified Public Accountant, and formerly a licensed Real Estate Broker.
