Spencer Kane is a Vice President of Debt Originations for the PIMCO Prime Real Estate platform, primarily covering the central region of the country including the Denver MSA. Spencer joined the PIMCO Prime debt origination team in 2018 in New York City, before relocating to Los Angeles in 2021, and now is based in Denver as of 2025. Prior to joining PIMCO Prime, Spencer spent three years working on the private real estate debt originations team at The Hartford Investment Management Company. Spencer graduated with a bachelors degree from Quinnipiac University in 2013 and has been a CFA charterholder since 2016.
