As Director of Property Management for Hines, Stephanie provides direct senior oversight for 1.3 million square feet of commercial office space, including 1144 15th Street. In addition, she offers operations support for Hines’ Colorado portfolio totaling 5.6 million square feet. Stephanie is a relationship manager for several institutional third-party client relationships in the Denver market. With 12 years of tenure in the industry, Stephanie leads Hines’ human capital strategy for the Denver market with a focus on elevating employee development and engagement.

Stephanie provides operations input on new construction developments and is piloting local ESG strategies as a member of the Hines organization’s Carbon Reduction Taskforce. Stephanie was recently invited to the City of Denver’s Sustainability Advisory Council Building and Homes Committee to work toward eliminating greenhouse gas emissions from buildings and homes in Denver by 2040.

Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Spanish from Colorado State University.
