Executive Managing Director Steve O’Dell’s nearly 40 years in the commercial real estate industry includes eight years as a high-producing broker and ten years as a commercial brokerage managing director. In his 18-year tenure with ARA, A Newmark Company, Mr. O’Dell has specialized in the sale of multihousing land, resulting in the sale of over 27,000 units of development land in the metro Denver area. Having also been a principal in land development, Mr. O’Dell has a thorough understanding of land development and entitlement. While specializing in the sale of multihousing land, he has successfully sold low, medium and high density and transit oriented developments of apartments, condominiums and senior and affordable housing. Mr. O’Dell’s highly focused approach to the land business has delivered consistent, top-of-the-market results for our clients. In 2016, Mr. O’Dell was awarded the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties’ Land Broker of the Year distinction.
